There is a great debate among those who choose to ‘do nothing’ rather than ‘do something’. I’ll leave the discussion of that for another time. I find this debate to be fascinating. I will say that if you are trying to do something, you will have to work at it. It’s like, you have to work at making your bed, or eating, or brushing your teeth.
And this is what I always hear from people who aren’t doing anything. I think there are two types of people. Those who are trying to change the world, and those who are trying to change themselves. The latter will always find a way to give up. They are the ones who don’t have the tools or support to make a change. The former, however, are always forced to quit. They can’t work at their craft because they lack the support needed to develop their abilities.
I have found that the overwhelming majority of people who quit are not the ones that need to quit. It is the ones that dont have enough drive to quit that really need to quit. Most people who have the drive and the drive to quit are the ones that need to quit. Because they cant develop the confidence or the drive to quit. They need the support.
The problem is that everyone is on autopilot. I think there are two types of people: those that are on autopilot and those that are on autopilot and are on autopilot.
There are two types of people that you see on autopilot: 1) Those who are on autopilot because they have the courage to get up and go to work, 2) Those that are on autopilot because they are so bored/stressed/emotionally unstable that they are not capable of getting up and going to work.
Both are very valid points. The first type would be a very common cause of death for those on autopilot. I do think that we all need to be on autopilot sometimes, but I also think that there is something more sinister going on. There is a lot of research on the psychology of our behavior in this very area and I believe that one of the reasons we are on autopilot is because we lack the ability to recognize a self-imposed task.
It might be that if we were able to recognize a task as self-imposed then we could stop ourselves from doing it. For example, we don’t realize that we are doing this particular thing because we are putting a certain amount of pressure on ourselves. We do it because someone told us to do it. We might be able to recognize this and stop ourselves from doing it, but until we can do that we are not able to self-regulate our behavior.
In the same way, we are all capable of doing this thing called idealtoto. Because we think we are not doing something wrong we can set ourselves up to fail. We can fail to work out, because our minds are not working at full capacity. We can fail at the computer, because we can easily forget to log out. We can fail at a task, because it is so easy to get distracted by other things.
idealtoto is a mental self-regulation technique that allows us to focus on a goal without putting ourselves into a state of failure. Think of it like a meditation, except you go into a deep trance and you want to push through this thing called “idealtoto.
idealtoto is all about forgetting what isn’t working. It allows us to focus and focus on what is working. If we push through a task, we can be rewarded with a good feeling. If we don’t, we get a bad feeling. Idealtoto is based on the principle that “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
