Susie Macnail is a young artist, and has just completed a show with her work in the Show Gallery at the University of Minnesota. Macneil has done some art before but the detail in her drawings is so impressive, it is really hard to not like her. Her drawing style is quite unusual, and she can use it to great effect, but it can also make her work quite difficult to interpret. She has some really cool ideas and unique drawing techniques, and can really make a statement with her art.
I think her work with her students is also quite impressive. They are all amazingly skilled at what they do, making their own unique marks on paper to create their own unique drawings. There is something really special about Macneil’s work. I think it is because she is so completely self-aware and not hiding anything from herself. She is able to see the work that she is creating in her own way and make it her own.
